What Tormented Fathers is about
Released on PC in January 2018 and later on PS4, Xbox One and Switch, Tormented Fathers follows Rosemary Reed. In 1992 she visits the mansion of retired notary Dr. Richard Felton, claiming a medical consultation, while really investigating the disappearance of his adopted daughter Celeste.
Felton discovers her purpose and a night-long chase begins. A masked nun in red stalks Rosemary throughout the game — the figure at the heart of Red Nun's Legacy.

Tormented Fathers Remastered: release window and upgrade
Stormind Games announced Tormented Fathers Remastered in July 2026, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5. Alongside Broken Porcelain Remastered it is set for Q1 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2 and PC. No exact day or price had been announced when we checked.
Owners of the original games are offered a free upgrade for the first seven days after release, according to Gematsu's report.
